EU & UK: We do not collect VAT at checkout. Your local postal service may charge VAT and/or a handling fee when your package arrives. This is required under EU/UK import rules.
Canada: We do not collect GST/HST at checkout. Canadian orders valued over CAD $20 are typically subject to GST/HST and a handling fee upon delivery.

Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number. Their system has GPS delivery scans and can often confirm exactly where your package was left.
